I’ve made more progress in the last 3 months than the last 3 years. I used to love group classes for the vibe, but always felt that I could be better with a tailored program. Opex Western Sydney has given me the best of both worlds, an electric vibe in the gym combined with a program that’s purely designed for me. Having the guidance of Coach Trevor has given me the confidence to commit to my first Ironman triathlon. If I follow the programming, I know I’ll be ready!
Current training cycle
We are working with Boris to improve his overall strength, his core endurance and his ability to generate power continuously to complement his existing cardio endurance in preparation for this multi-sport challenge.

I am so proud of myself! I feel so confident and I am constantly improving! I love this feeling. I am so grateful for the personal programming and endless support by the coaches. Anna’s program is focused on strict gymnastic progressions to develop a strong base to develop the more advanced gymnastic skills whilst maintaining her weightlifting strengths.

I spent 5 years training without direction. When I first spoke to Coach Trevor, he helped me find my purpose, set measurable goals and through my individualised programming, elevated me to new physical peaks beyond what I thought I was capable of. The coaches go above and beyond training for fitness, they coach and nurture the mind and body. I didn’t expect this when I came through the doors, but I would never look back since experiencing Opex Western Sydney for myself.

Steph came to us with ambition and a shoulder injury, which prevented her from doing gymnastics basics like dips. Her program is focused on refining Olympic lifting technique and building her gymnastics base.
